• Why it's on the list: One word: flawless. Upinim-nim has never failed, not even once, and that is a certified fact. Author-nim's mangas are just beyond perfection. From the storyline to the character development portrayal to the pacing, everything is just chef’s kiss.

2. Smyrna & Capri

• Status: Completed

• Rating: 5/5

• Why it's on the list: I picked it up as soon as I saw it was by BWAT, and I am so glad I did! I just finished it up recently (back on March 18, 2024) because I was waiting for it to be completely finished—I really wanted to savour the story. I am so glad I waited; I loved it so much. I wish these characters were real, they were just so cute!

3. Master-Peace / Master of Peace

• Status: Ongoing (Season 1 Complete)

• Rating: 5/5

• Why it's on the list: Absolute camping vibes. With only a few chapters out, I am already a massive FAN. It is a slowburn, but it is so, so worth it.

4. The Sacred Serpent’s Seduction

• Status: Completed (Side stories ongoing)

• Rating: 5/5

• Why it's on the list: A literal masterpiece, I really like it. The author-nim is a trendsetter, for sure!

5. The Boundary of Delusion

• Status: Ongoing (Season 1 Complete)

• Rating: 5/5

• Why it's on the list: It is still ongoing and just finished with season 1, but oh my god, it is a total treat for my eyes and an ultimate blessing for me.

6. Flashlight

• Status: Ongoing (Season 2 Completed)

• Rating: 5/5

• Why it's on the list: Omgosh, just omgosh. I am completely speechless with this one.

7. Dawn of the Dragon

• Status: Completed

• Rating: 5/5

• Why it’s on the list: Omgosh, what a story! Hands down, one of the best mangas out there in the entire BL category. It had absolutely no loopholes, tied everything together perfectly, and there was not a single dull moment. Just full of fluff, love, and pure affection. Loved it.

8. The Third Ending

• Status: Completed

• Rating: 5/5

• Why it’s on the list: Cuteness overflowed! Chobom-nim has done such an amazing job with this one. I am so glad author-nim decided to give us a longer version rather than skipping out on the story. We actually get to see the characters grow. Also, did I mention the cuteness?!

9. Love Tractor

• Status: Completed

• Rating: 5/5

• Why it’s on the list: One word to describe this manga: ADORABLE. It was such a cute country setting with an older top and a younger—but physically larger—bottom whose cuteness is just too much to handle. Omg, what a gem. If you are doubting whether to read it or not, just go for it. I am sure you will love it.

10. Shutline

• Status: Ongoing

• Rating: 5/5

• Why it's on the list: One word: Mindblowing. Everything about this manga is just so amazing. From the artwork, the story, and the character arcs to the suspense—ugh, I love it. The Korean Eminem has officially met his match!

11. Roses and Champagne

• Status: Completed

• Rating: 5/5

• Why it's on the list: It was a seriously good read. But just a slight content warning here: there is a tiny bit of non-con around the middle, just slightly. But our MC makes sure to make the ML/seme pay heavily for his mistakes. I mean, our MC is known as "Miss Korea" for a reason!

12. Falling Into Darkness

• Status: Completed

• Rating: 4.7/5

• Why it's on the list: Though it’s technically a Shounen Ai, it is an absolute banger. I just love their chemistry. There are a few things I would’ve wanted extra, but honestly, I am so happy with what we got.

13. Beware of the Full Moon in March

• Status: Ongoing

• Rating: 4.7/5

• Why it's on the list: I'm very interested, but the non-con at the start was making me a lil hesitant. Let's see (>_<)ﾉ (Quick update: nothing too bad, everything turned out so cu-cute!). The raws are up and there is hope, you guys! I hope the author-nim makes the ML fully realise his mistakes and turns him over a new leaf. Our MC deserves so much more, omg, can't wait for the story to unfold!

14. Define the Relationship

• Rating: 4.7/5

• Why it's on the list: Adapted from a novel, and what a cute story it is. Though I can’t help but hope for more. I am totally guilty of this, but I really wish we could’ve gotten some extra side stories!

15. Love Shuttle

• Status: Completed

• Rating: 4.6/5

• Why it's on the list: This was literally one of the very first manhwas I ever read and I serrriously used to wait on the edge of my seat for the updates. Because it's one of my gateway stories, it will always have a sweet spot in my heart. Plus, it is an absolute OG in the theme of beefy ukes! Author-nim did it when not many people were exploring this side of BL. Sooo glad they did. A masterpiece.

16. Taming the Tiger

• Status: Completed

• Rating: 4.6/5

• Why it's on the list: I originally wrote in my notes, “Saving it for a rainy week.” Fast forward to an update in June 2023: I just realised that my words literally came true! I unconsciously picked this up on a random rainy day. Talk about fate! And I am so glad I did. I have always loved BWAT, but this story is just on another level, my goodness. It is so wholesome that it’s crazy. Fuvking amazinggggggggggg!
